– Any cancellation made within 2 business days of your scheduled activity (after 6:00 PM local time) will be subject to a 100% charge of the total amount.
WHAT IF I MISS MY FLIGHT, OR THERE ARE DELAYS, CANCELLATIONS, OR OTHER ISSUES?
GAUDI TOURS will always do everything possible to protect your interests. As long as it’s within our control, we will do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction and minimize any inconvenience caused by the airline.
Whatever the situation—whether it’s theft, lost belongings, illness—we will be your unconditional host.
We want you to enjoy your tour, and we will always try to reschedule it for later the same day or the next, if it suits you, and be as flexible as possible in such situations. However, please note that we are a small company with limited resources. During high season, we may be fully booked. Or we may not be able to reschedule tickets already purchased in advance, which would then be non-refundable. Or if you arrive several hours late and your cruise ship departs, we may only be able to transfer you from the airport to the port without a tour.
In such cases, no refund applies (please refer to our Cancellation Policy), but we will always be happy to provide any documentation you may need to claim compensation from your travel insurance.
So, if you miss a flight, or experience a delay or cancellation, the sooner you let us know, the better, as it gives us more time to react and start planning possible alternatives.
