Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tour with Private Gaudi Tours. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or the required deposit as specified during checkout. All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to unforeseen increases in monument entry fees, official taxes, or transportation costs. You will be notified of any increase before final confirmation.
We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payments through our booking platform. All transactions are encrypted for your security.
It is your responsibility to assess whether a tour is suitable for your health, fitness, and mobility levels. Most Gaudi tours involve walking, stairs, and uneven surfaces. Contact us before booking if you have concerns about accessibility.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior towards our guides, other guests, or at monument sites. The guide reserves the right to terminate the tour immediately if such behavior occurs, without refund.
Details of the meeting point are provided in your confirmation. It is your responsibility to arrive on time. Tours start promptly. Late arrival will result in a shortened tour without refund.
We will provide a licensed, expert guide for your tour. While we try to honor requests for specific guides, we reserve the right to assign or substitute guides as necessary.
The tour description provides an outline of the experience. The guide has discretion to modify the route or content slightly due to weather, closures, crowds, or group pace, while ensuring the key highlights are covered.
Where “skip-the-line” tickets are included, we purchase standard admission with timed entry. On rare occasions, security or monument management may cause delays beyond our control.
Private Gaudi Tours acts as an intermediary in arranging guided tours and monument entry. We are not liable for:
Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
Personal accidents, injuries, or illness during the tour.
Costs incurred due to travel delays, cancellations, or missed connections.
The actions or omissions of third-party suppliers (transport, monuments).
Our total liability shall in no case exceed the total price paid for the tour.
